Minn. operate faces 6 charges happening federal court shooting
MINNEAPOLIS — A Minnesota guy accused of shooting a prosecutor and a witness when he was found guilty of a femininity crime remaining week is facing spanking charges — plus two counts of calculated attempted murder.According to the complaint, 42-year-old Daniel Schlienz SCHLINZ told the system he had a design to hurt Cook province Attorney Tim Scannell if found guilty. But Schlienz told powers that be he did not idea to slaughter Scannell before the witness, Greg Thompson.Both men are still hospitalized. Scannell is now evenhanded condition; Thompson is now fine condition.Schlienz is at home protection.
